OUR HISTORY

FACT International was created in 1990 by the IAGE Group in answer to their clients’ needs for M&A support services.

FACT International is specialised in mergers and acquisitions.

Divestitures concern either independent companies or subsidiaries of large groups.

Acquisitions can involve either small to medium sized companies or larger groups with external growth ambitions.

Our consultants come from a variety of sectors from services to industry to distribution and have all held management positions. They can manage your projects more effectively because they understand your needs.

FACT International has voluntarily limited its size to ensure a personalised and very high quality service.

FACT International is member of an association dedicated to promoting business ethics (CEA).

As of May 12 2006, FACT International also became member of the French Chamber of Commerce (CCIF)

  • For each project, adapt resources to maximise the success of the mission
  • Always keep confidentiality a primary concern
  • Ensure with our methodology that good business practice guidelines are always respected

Each consultant’s commitments

  • No mission can be accepted without a signed proposal that details the respective obligations of the two parties.
  • Clients are kept regularly informed of the progress of the mission
  • Confidential information is never communicated to a third party without our client’s prior consent
